1. About Savr

Savr is a UK-based travel comparison and trip planning application operated by APP-VENTURE-UK LTD.

Savr helps users search, compare and plan trips across travel categories such as flights, trains, coaches, taxis, car hire, accommodation, travel insurance and travel updates.

Savr is free to use. Users can search and compare travel options without creating an account. An account is only required if you want to save trips, save travel options, track prices, manage alerts or access account features.

2. Using Savr

By using Savr, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful personal or business travel planning purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use Savr for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Savr
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Scrape, copy or reproduce Savr content without permission
• Use automated systems to overload or misuse the service
• Provide false, misleading or inaccurate account information

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to save trips, save options, track prices, receive personalised alerts, manage settings or access account-only features.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe the account has been misused, compromised, used unlawfully or used in a way that harms Savr, other users or third-party providers.

4. Travel search results

Savr may show travel options, estimates, routes, provider links, prices, timings, savings, alerts and other trip planning information.

Savr aims to make travel comparison easier, but travel information can change quickly. Prices, availability, departure times, routes, travel conditions, baggage rules, cancellation rules, insurance terms and booking terms are confirmed by the relevant provider before booking.

Savr does not guarantee that any displayed price, saving, route, availability, journey time, alert or provider option will remain available or be accurate at the time you complete a booking.

5. Third-party providers

Savr does not sell flights, train tickets, coach tickets, taxi journeys, car hire, accommodation, travel insurance or other travel products directly.

When you click a provider link, booking link or partner link, you may be taken to a third-party website. Any booking, purchase, cancellation, refund, change, claim or dispute is between you and the relevant provider.

Savr is not responsible for the acts, omissions, prices, policies, availability, service quality, booking terms, cancellation rules, baggage rules, insurance cover, delays, cancellations, disruption or errors of third-party providers.

6. Affiliate links and commission

Some links on Savr may be affiliate links or tracked partner links. If you click one of these links or complete a booking with a third-party provider, Savr may earn a commission.

This does not affect the price you pay to use Savr. Savr remains free for users.

Affiliate relationships may influence which providers are available through Savr, but Savr aims to present travel options in a useful, clear and user-friendly way.

7. Travel insurance

Savr may help users compare or access travel insurance providers. Savr does not provide insurance advice, sell insurance directly or guarantee that any policy is suitable for your needs.

You are responsible for checking the insurer's policy wording, cover limits, exclusions, excesses, medical declaration requirements, cancellation cover and claim terms before purchasing a policy.

If you have medical conditions, specialist travel requirements, high-value items, sports activities or unusual travel plans, you should carefully review the provider's terms and consider whether independent advice is needed.

8. Travel updates and alerts

Savr may show travel updates, route alerts, disruption notices, savings prompts and planning reminders.

These alerts are provided for general planning purposes only. You should always check final travel information with the relevant airline, rail operator, coach operator, taxi provider, car hire provider, accommodation provider, insurer, airport, station or official travel source before booking or travelling.

Savr does not guarantee that alerts will be complete, live, uninterrupted, personalised, accurate or available for every route, provider or journey.

9. Saved trips, PDFs and account features

Account features may allow you to save trips, save travel options, track prices, manage alerts, store preferences or download trip information as a PDF.

Saved trip information is provided for convenience only. You should not rely on saved information as confirmation of a booking, final travel price, valid ticket, confirmed reservation or live travel update.

Your booking is only confirmed when the relevant provider confirms it directly.

10. Prices and savings

Any prices, savings, estimates, comparisons or totals shown by Savr are for comparison and planning purposes only.

Final prices may change because of provider availability, booking fees, taxes, baggage, seat selection, transfers, payment charges, exchange rates, deposits, excesses, accommodation charges, insurance options or other provider terms.

Savr does not guarantee that a displayed saving will be achieved or that a route will be the cheapest option available everywhere.

11. Availability of Savr

We aim to keep Savr available and working well, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or network.

We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of Savr at any time, including features, providers, routes, pages, search tools or saved trip functionality.

12. Accuracy of information

We aim to provide useful and clear information, but Savr may contain errors, outdated information, incomplete provider data or temporary technical issues.

You should check all important travel details directly with the relevant provider before relying on them.

13. Intellectual property

Savr, including its branding, design, text, layout, software, features and content, is owned by or licensed to APP-VENTURE-UK LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may use Savr for your own travel planning, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Savr without permission.

14. Privacy

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using Savr or creating an account, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of liability

Savr is provided as a travel planning and comparison tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, APP-VENTURE-UK LTD will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Provider price changes or availability changes
• Delays, cancellations, missed connections or disruption
• Incorrect or outdated provider information
• Third-party booking issues, refunds, cancellations or disputes
• Insurance exclusions, claim refusals or policy limitations
• User reliance on estimates, alerts or saved trip information
• Temporary unavailability or technical issues with Savr

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.

The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of Savr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
